Rooms had a lovely kitchenette. Room 1 had no toilet paper in their room for the night. Room 4 did not have air condition so it was 78 degrees all night. Room 3 and 4 bunk bed mattresses on the bottom were so old if you sat on it you went straight down to the springs. I felt bad for the family members that had to sleep there. There were only 2 full size towels in the rooms which was odd when they all slept 3/4. Also it had been raining that day and the entire parking lot was under water. It didn't matter where you parked because you were going swimming as soon as you step out of your car. Would have been nice if they paved it. Decks did have a pretty view.
Personality plus. Laundry and shower clean. WiFi ok. No restaurant or groceries but a hike up road to BBQ pit worth the walk.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Bathrooms were ok, clean but no hand soap. Only one small shower. Friendly and very helpful staff. Have a swimming pool. I would recommend it as a waypoint.
Rolled in and stayed here the night before doing a job on the Outer Banks the following day. Since there were no rooms on the island, this was very convenient...only needed a place to lay our heads but, it was much better than expected... considering the very reasonable rate. It was the right choice for a short layover for the he work crew.
Love this place!! Reasonable pricing, great rooms and very clean. The owners are very nice and accommodating.. great 'mom & pop' feel here. First stay was last year and from then on we have made it a point to stay here each summer!!
